Error on startup with java 25

Describe the bug
When my server start I got issue related to java version 69 (I'm using latest dev build released two weeks ago)

This seems to be an issue with the asm version bundled with paper. Problably need to update your server to the latest version to get java 25 support. Maybe it's possible to force a specific class file version for the classes we generate, but I'm not sure.
