I don't like the behavior of the puzzles page before the hunt starts.

The current behavior of the puzzle page is that before the hunt begins it redirects you to the prepuzzle (or if there is no prepuzzle, it redirects you to the info page).

The problem with this is that it can be confusing when on the day of the hunt you can't go to a place to wait for the hunt to start. It is also confusing right around the hunt start time when clicking the same link takes you to different places after a certain point.

I think the answer to this is some form of "puzzles not available" page rendered when the hunt hasn't started yet. In keeping with puzzlespring's theme of customization, I think this should have a sensible default but be able to be replaced by a hunt file.

This page should essentially say "the hunt hasn't started yet, here are the prepuzzle and info pages".
