Final puzzle should be marked as a meta solve in leaderboard and statistics

What it says on the tin. Final puzzles are often "Meta Meta"s and people expect a meta solve to show up on the leaderboard for it.

We could make this a constance config toggle in case organizers want a more story based final puzzle.
