Code generate %Bind

Is there any reason %Bind isn't code generated? This would be very helpful from a performance perspective.

Hi Tim, When I started implementing Bind method, I built code around dynamic object. As there is absolutely no information available about dynamic object at the compile time, I had to use $ methods to dynamically dispatch properties and methods. However, as you asked, I came to my mind that indeed, if the code was built around the regular class and its metadata, it would be possible to implement Bind() using code generator. One day, I may try to rewrite the implementation. But I keep hoping our system guys will come with something that’s part of core Cache functionality, and that it would happen soon. Dan
