Setting polling interval to 0.1 loops jobtask execution

Reproduce:

`job.wait(poll_interval=0.1, show=True)`

It's quite logical when you see poll_interval must be integer and casting from 0.1 makes it 0, but it's not easy to diagnose from outside.
