This user got blocked because he couldnt finish the interaction. On Users side, it seemed that the bot isn't responding, he typed /reset; reset but no response from the bot (image of the chatbot attached). We then archived a few visits for the bot to trigger again. Very recently, the user tried to sign in again and updated commcare to the latest version. Surprisingly, when he would input his details, the app would crash but it worked well for another account. I reported this to connect tech to investigate and it turned out to be this chatbot interaction which is too big.
