Retriving specific data from table of contents as JSON

Hi all,

This is a fantastic library and I'm very excited to learn how to use it. I've figured out a way to get an SEC filing, say a 10Q, in the form of Markdown. However, I was wondering if it's possible to get the filing in JSON format, where each header under the table of contents of the document would form a sort of header key that is easily accessible.
