How can we get the exact html as of actual filing of a specific section? Let's say Item 7. which is MDNA of AAPL's recent 10-K filing.

No that's not possible. I will look into the code to see how easy it would be to add that

A couple months ago I started rewriting the HTML parsing which would allow for features like this but backed out because the AI code generation was running into issues.

Now I have better AI tools so could give it another shot, probably in a couple of weeks after some work I have ongoing
