Monitor for new channels #5
Description
Keep track of the channel list and detect differences. When a channel is added/removed/renamed we should get some kind of notice in the #hubot channel. A really quick and dirty version could use https://godoc.org/github.com/google/go-cmp/cmp#Diff on a slice/map of channels.
