Wrong cross-reference generation when haing an UTF-8 char in a chapter tittle

Hi!

I'm just trying to get a simple thing working, with no success.

I have a title like:

==== Babel MIT Nicolò Ribaudo

(stands for Nicolò Ribaudo)

I try to refer to this title using something like:

License: <<Babel MIT Nicolò Ribaudo>>

but that produces such output in HTML:

abel%20MIT%20Nicol&.html#242;%20Ribaudo

which is not good.

The generated PDF is also wrong:

License: Babel MIT Nicol&.pdf

Hello. Sorry for responding so late. I was able to reproduce the mentioned behavior.

But I think this is not an issue with the plugin, but with the used Asciidoctor version.

Please try to use a newer installed one - see
https://github.com/de-jcup/eclipse-asciidoctor-editor/wiki/Using-installed-asciidoctor
