v1.4.1 not working

Hi,

After composer update conditions won't work anymore, Im using also tab plugin but it shoulnt affected. I need to lock previous version to work with it

Is there any error, any hint you can provide that could help debug this issue?

Dom Tree is not refreshing, there is no action, no console log, nothing. Like this change is not triggering.
Its working at 1.4.0
