Expose score checks to admins

Admins would like to be able to see the script that is being run if it's a script for a custom check. This could be presented as code to be downloaded, possibly. Or just a line by line debug print of what has happened as part of the custom execution. When an admin is debugging a score check for a team, they should be able to do that from the admin interface if possible.
