Ability to lock player/prevent input

Describe the feature request

Infuse uses gestures such as swiping up/down or left/right to adjust settings and navigate videos. It would be great to have a screen lock feature that disables all touch inputs except for waking the UI and pausing playback (and possibly double-tapping to skip around, depending on customization options).

This would help prevent accidental gestures during playback, especially when holding the device or cleaning something like a smudge off the screen. The option could be added as a button on the playback UI or placed in the submenu, since it wouldn’t need to be accessed frequently.
