New Nomination Tool #112
Description
A new nomination tool that extends past EndOfTerm projects has been announced today:

Some documentation may need to be updated to reflect this change. During the transition period, this may also affect the workflows where volunteers are verifying if a URL has already been nominated because it may require looking at both records from the previous EOT and the new tool.
