OCR is not working for user without administrative privileges
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 11
- Version naps2-8.2.1-win-x64
Additional context
I tried OCR recognition as a regular user and it doesn't work. When I scan using the same procedure as a administrator, OCR works.
Maybe it's related to the user interface language (not program but windows language)? The user uses "Slovenian" language, and the administrator uses "English" language.
