Add browse button to Hunt Stats UI

After import the file stays attached. So when I want to improt an other file I first have to manual detach the previous file.
I personaly would like also t have the positbilty to click on the upload field to be able to select a file, not using drag and drop. (I do not have an the explorer open.)

POTA,WWFF and SOTA uploads are working.

I can look at adding a browse button or link
