Column gets duplicated?

Column gets duplicated and form view is then disabled.
But in diagram view i cannot easily navigate to the code view for this entity.

After editing the entity in the code view and changing the duplicate column, diagram view remains in error state until closing and reopening it

@willem-xbreeze Can you add reproduce steps? I don't get when columns get duplicated.
