When creating a new relationship via the diagram editor, the name is not set

@willem-xbreeze I discussed this issue with Martin a while ago. Currently objects are always immediately created in the object model. I think we should defer this after knowing the basic properties of the new object.

@willem-xbreeze I thought this issue was related to object creation flow, but now I look at it again its not.

I also can't reproduce this issue. When I create a relationship by dragging a line between 2 entities it creates a new relationship with a name based on the parent and child.

Can you try to reproduce and add steps here so I can also reproduce it?
