Allow existing assets as email attachements 

Order confirmations in Austria have a legal requirement to include the terms of service. Usually they are attached as PDF. 

There is no need to be generate this file on demand so the email configuration page should allow to choose one or more existing assets as attachments.

Ideally, a combination of existing assets and templated pdf are possible as attachements.
