Add payment source and register as a user at the same time (checkout and subscriptions)

Right now you can not register as a user during checkout AND save a payment source, since payment source saving is currently reserved for logged in users. Same goes for starting new subscriptions, only a registered and logged-in user can start a subscription (using a payment source).
