Multiple subscriptions with different payment sources

Can we have a payment source id field in the subscriptions table please?

This will allow the possibility of multiple subscriptions for a user but using different payment sources. It would also make it easier to delete a payment source when a subscription is cancelled and not being used by another active subscription.
