Cannot deploy GCP hosted clusters even though GCP is GA now #23
Description
Now that GCP hosted clusters are GA, it would be good to update the provider to allow the user to deploy GCP hosted clusters.
I believe the change involves removing this if statement: https://github.com/couchbasecloud/terraform-provider-couchbasecapella/blob/main/provider/validate.go#L92
