Create a dedicated “Events” content type

Currently, event-related content is scattered across various sections of the site, making it difficult to manage, reference, or maintain over time. The goal of this issue is to extract event management from the existing sections and create a dedicated “events” content type, similar to authors or organization.

This new structure should allow:

• Proper historization of events (upcoming, past, canceled).
• Association of related resources such as slides, replays, and external links.
• Easier navigation, filtering, and discovery of events.
• The creation of a resource library accessible from the site.

Full multilingual support (French and English) as usual.
