K8 URL moved

K8 docs page for CNI moved and I think the docs [main page](https://www.cni.dev/docs/#container-runtimes) need to reflect this. [Networking plugins](https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/extend-kubernetes/compute-storage-net/network-plugins/) are now under extending menu.
