Weather state codes outdated #21
Description
The codeToState() function in openweathermap_display.ino looks to be outdated.
The current state codes are listed here:
https://openweathermap.org/weather-conditions
I can update this myself and issue a pull request, but I don't have a way to test my changes, so I'm reluctant to do so.
