Beta upload count and nearby edit count

With #16 fixed, feedback is fetched using the beta cluster. It would be great to have data corresponding to beta cluster for upload count and nearby edit count as well. All the data in Achievements screen comprises of feedback.py, uploadbyuser.py and wikidataedits.py.

As now, it is confusing as feedback comes from the beta cluster and the rest of the data comes from the prod server.

It'll be a little bit harder with wikidataedits.py. I have a code ready, but it says 0 for everyone - just because unlikely production, there is no wikimedia-commons-app tag at beta. Can you tell me which tag should be used? Note I need an internal ID, so you'll need to create the tag first, if it doesn't exist yet.

Yes, as of now there's no tag at beta. Can a wikimedia-commons-app tag be created?

On a related note, do we have a beta cluster of Wikidata, similar to what we have for commons(https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org)? As of now, the commons app uses the prod Wikidata to queries even in its beta app. Moving to the beta cluster for Wikidata would make testing a lot easier. :)

Yes, as of now there's no tag at beta. Can a wikimedia-commons-app tag be created?

Technically, yes. You need to be an admin there, in order to be able to do it.
