Clean up temporary output directories

After running cwltest, I am left with many temporary output directories in /tmp. It would be nice if cwltest could delete them before exiting. Finding and deleting all the temporary output directories manually is tedious. For now, I'm having to workaround by setting TMPDIR to a different directory and deleting that directory.
