Diagnotics dialog does not always refresh after loading a new SCD file
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Load a SCD file
Show diagnotics with errors in the SCD file
Load a new SCD file with different SCD file errors
Expected behavior
Old errors will stay in the dialog window
