Thanks a lot for this little tool. I can listen to internet radio again with my Denon receiver! Interesting that you chose Pascal to implement it... :-)

Interesting that you chose Pascal to implement it... :-)

The modern version of Freepascal is not the same Pascal that most people associate with the 1980s.
It's an intensively developed programming language that's very simple and easy to learn.
Furthermore:

• An application with small, native CPU code generated by a true compiler (FPC) is very fast (slightly slower than code generated by C/C++ compilers).
• Cross-build abilities: You can choose the OS and CPU architecture for which you generate code. You can choose from a wide range of OSes (Linux, macOS, BSD, Solaris, Raspberry Pi OS, OpenWRT, Windows, Android, AmigaOS) and CPU architectures (Intel i386, AMD64/x86_64, ARM/ARM64, PowerPC/PowerPC64, SPARC/SPARC64, Motorola 68k). You can also transpile your Pascal code to JavaScript or WebAssembly, and even develop software for the JVM, WII, Nintendo, and Arduino platforms. You can also use Python code with your Pascal application... (I still have no idea what I could use it for 😉 ) Besides CLI, you can also create desktop applications and you can choose the API you want to create for (WinAPI, GTK2/3/4, Qt5/6, Cocoa...) Everything from a single source code. Write once, compile/build code optimized application for your chosen platform.
• A lightweight IDE that you can run on any of the platforms I mentioned above.
• Application build with FPC does not require additional heavy services, middleware, frameworks, packages, interpreters, virtual machines, libraries, or tools to run properly and fast on low-spec machines.
• Just any kid won't easy reverse engineer your code (Of course, this advantage doesn't matter in the case of YTuner. The source code is open to everyone 👍 ).

Finally... Freepascal is pretty cool and has a nice community that cares about its development and support 😃 🚀
