I have removed damien from the org. What about now?
depending on which sync script is run, we have different results.
hard to know what the ground truth is: is the yaml? or the github repo settings?
A fix would be to remove the workflow_dispatch on the name: teams.yaml --> GitHub sync action
in that way, one cannot simply force the ground truth to be the current yaml, the yaml needs to be reviewed, changed and committed for it to act as the ground truth.
