Refreshing Repositories Does not Finish #404

Hello,
I'm evaluating CodeTree for my team, and ran into a problem. Just after creating an account, I was redirected to:
https://codetree.com/projects/new
At this page, I received the message, "One moment while we refresh the list of repositories you can access..." I waited one hour, logged out, and logged back up. Unfortunately, the same message appears on the page, and it doesn't seem to be possible to use the product.
Is there a production issue happening right now, or perhaps there is a performance or configuration problem to address.
