client google group & Time sheet member audit

Requirement

A complete audit of a client timesheet in order to drop all the unwanted member 1 ,from the client google group.
all the unwanted member of a client group will be reported to : am.client@coderbunker.com

• Running time:

  • Script to be run once a day to constantly check any change

##user story:

• I want to know all the member in a group they are not allowed to be in, anymore.

Todo

• Client info:
  - [x] - extract all ongoing client (name, timesheet, folder)
  - [x] - extract all the unwanted freelancers in the client timesheet
• Freelancer :
  - [x] get the freelancer without any validity date
  - [x] get freelancers with 0 rate
• Client Group:
  - [x] - Extract the current member of the client group in a list
  - [x] - Identify all the unwanted members in the group
• Report:
  - [x] - Send an Email to: ami.client@coderbunker.com
• Audit time:
  • - set a trigger to run once a day

1 member with a status of disapproved and time = 0h

Problem to be solved:
-- Clean all the client google groups member
-- Google group member are exactly the same as the one in the client timesheet
