Get the deploys working for master on netlify with the secrets #105

Master no longer has a netlify deploy, the CI/CD script doesn't seem to be executing maybe....
Describe the solution you'd like
master should deploy to netlify to wisdp.com (currently a shadow private repository by @paul-rinaldi is the repo for it containing the github secrets in the code
Describe alternatives you've considered
Codecommit seems complicated from AWS, all their stuff has taken me much more time even with some help from mentors
Additional context
@paul-rinaldi should take care of this but is open to suggestions
