Library breaks Hot Reload

Hi,

I would fix this if I knew how in short order, but adding this library (which was exactly what I've been looking for) seems to break Visual Studio's Hot Reload capabilities, with this error:

[Error] cmdwtf.BuildTimestampGenerator\cmdwtf.BuildTimestampGenerator.BuildTimestamp\BuildTimestamp.g.cs (line 15): error ENC0011: Updating the initializer of const field requires restarting the application.
Changes could not be applied. Restarting the application is required.

Just thought I'd report it in case this library is maintained.

Hey Jasen,

Yep this makes sense I guess haha. I'll look to see if I can find a way to have the source generator opt out of trying to run during hot reload.
