choosing the LoL directory in precompiled?

I'm testing the cleaner, it seems to do its job. But my installation of League of legends is divided into two disks
so the logs are not saved in the default (C:\ installation type). folder
So the client logs that are saved in C:\ are cleaned without problem but not the others

Is there a way to choose the directory where the game files are saved in the precompiled release?
