Clean Up Contribution docs #168
Description
After #166 there's a few other corrections we should make.
In the Readme it should point to the rendered version of the Contributor guidelines https://guide.cloudnativegeo.org/contributing.html
However the guidelines still reference the old preview method not the new netlify method of direct PRs to main.
