Various fixes and no_std support

I'll appreciate if you (@marmeladema) would take a look at our fork of wirefilter here
master...eliad-wiz:wirefilter:wiz_fixes

Except for adding various small things and fixes it also adds support to build wirefilter for no_std.

If you guys are will to accept these changes ill spend the time to rebase and send a PR
