[C2] learning path : hide table of content make LP unusable

Create a learning path with 3 items (or importing a scorm)
Enter the learning path and you can see the items and navigate.

• Chamilo LP :

• Scorm :

Then edit the LP settings and mark the checkbox "Hide table of contents frame"

Enter the LP and the presentation will be all mixed up and the button to navigate will not work anymore.
