Impossible to select some recipients separately to send an announcement.
Need to select all recipients and in a second time remove unneeded recipients.

- OS: Debian 12
- Version of Chamilo: 1.11.32
- Version of PHP: 7.4
Additional context
Version 1.11.26 on the same server is working perfectly.
