Support simulations without any BESS #52
Description
Currently to simulate a microgrid without a BESS you need to set the bess size to very small (like 0.1kWh), but then the simulation still does all the number crunching as if there was a battery.
The simulator should be updated so that we can specify that the bess doesn't exist - this could be configured by either setting the bess size to 0kWh, or by leaving out the bess configuration completely.
