Google Play not being certified

I tried to certify google play store and it even shows a registered it but in the app it says not certified

yes this is true. Google certification doesn't work hence googles side. And the script that is supposed to give self assigned google certification doesn't work. I did install every requirement and followed every step. Every other script works just fine. Here is the output:
