Offer to take over maintenance and publishing of GeoJSON.js

Noticed that the library isn't being actively developed. Wondering if you'd be happy for someone else to take over development and publishing? If so I'm interested.

Would respect current users and only publish any changes under a major version bump. Rough plan would be to convert to Typescript, publish common JS, ES module, and UMD variants, fix a few bugs, and keep the same license as well.

Hi @smallsaucepan. Thanks for getting in touch. I think getting some help maintaining this library would be great. I haven't had much time to devote to it the past couple years. Your rough plan sounds good to me (I'm especially interested in the TS conversion). Do you want to submit a PR (of whatever) to start? Then we can take it from there.
