10m band frequency display

On the 10m band it is ambiguous whether you are on the 28MHz or 29MHz segment of the band. Not sure how this could b solved though. May not be necessary in practice as I don't think there is likely to be any CW activity above 29MHz.

One simple solution would be to display the frequency by scrolling all the digits when the encoder button was pushed (or maybe periodically). Still a low priority I think.
