for the file agent generated，should add the file path and the file description in task summary

Hi @fengju0213, I'm working on the design for this feature. To ensure I implement it correctly, I have a few clarification questions:

1. File Agent Definition: Should this apply to any ChatAgent that uses FileToolkit?

2. Which File Operations: Should we track write_to_file, edit_file, or all file operations?

3. File Description Source: Should file_description be extracted from task content by AI?

4. Multiple Files: Should we store a list of all file paths in task summary?

5. Use Case: Could you provide a specific example of the expected output format?
