pip install deutschland [klinikatlas] does not contain the folder "klinikatlas"

The package installation via

pip install deutschland[klinikatlas]

shows the warning

WARNING: deutschland 0.4.2 does not provide the extra 'klinikatlas'

Please include the folder klinikatlas to the package.

This is a great issue report. Proper formatting and everything :) Thank you for writing this up.

You are right, the 0.4.2 version of the deutschland package does not yet include this client as dependency. This should come with the next release.

Until then, as a workaround you can directly install the klinikatlas api running the following:

pip install de-klinikatlas
