bug: kraken: endpoint update to latest version not working

Bug description

the kraken endpoint /extension/{identifier} says an extension does not have stable versions (if stable=true) or any versions at all (if stable=false). This occured both with bluerobotics.cockpit and bluerobotics.water-linked-dvl

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to update an extension to its latests version (stable or not)
