default-flatpaks language settings

I just went through the process of adding another language to the flatpak apps by running `flatpak config --system --set language`, and the following `flatpak update`. 

I am now wondering, would it be possible to specify a list of languages/ locales as part of the "default-flatkpaks" module, or is that a terrible idea?
