include regridding with ocgis #34
Description
egshell.nc.ogc_utils.call() was performing regridding (remap) with cdo sytem call.
due to streamlining its remap is disabled in the call function. Needs to be enabled in egshell.nc.ogc_utils.call() with ocgis or a seperate function calling cdo
