April community call

My calendar has the next comunity call as Monday the 18th.

I propose we move it to April 1 and discuss the following things:

• GSoC student applications (the application period will be open at this point)
• BioHackathon Paris (call for abstracts closes 7th April).
• BOSC talk/poster submissions (closes 11 April)
