Create a VanillaJS Web Component example

For #4 we should have a bio-element-vanilla that doesn't uses Polymer - I will work on this & push updates here ;-)

I will update the Example. Will give two components just to show the inheritance and dependencies we can manage using bower I suppose. Also we can register them at Biojs.net and create something kind of collection.
